Appellate Decisions
- Hugelman v. Town of Mammoth Lakes (2025), the Court of Appeal ruled that a jury should decide whether the Town of Mammoth Lakes unlawfully eliminated Hugelman’s job because of his age or injury, finding there was enough evidence to question the Town’s stated reasons.
- Rivera v. FSC Corporation (2024), the Court of Appeal ruled that the trial judge should not have thrown out Rivera’s harassment and emotional distress claims because a jury could reasonably decide in his favor.
